Senior Dinner

In order to get kids home at a more reasonable time of 9pm, we are moving the time of the Senior Dinner forward. Can all kids please be at the Alpine Lodge, dressed in their finest, at 5:30pm on Tuesday 7 December.

Due to the new traffic light system and being in orange, we are limited to the number of people at prizegiving to 50 people (including children and staff). We therefore need to instigate a ticketing system. Priority will be given to parents of children with each child being allocated two parent tickets. If there are any spaces left over after parents receive tickets then tickets will be allocated to siblings or extended family with priority given to family of kids getting awards. Please contact Dominique in the office by 12pm Wednesday with the number of tickets you’d like and who they would be for.

As space is at a premium, if your child will not be able to attend prizegiving. Please let us know so that space can be allocated out.

Keeping the number of attendees to 50 means there will be no restrictions on whether a person is vaccinated or not however, all attendees will need to wear masks for the duration of the prizegiving.

Prizegiving will be held at the community hall and following this we will host a shared BBQ on the school field which everyone may attend (vaccinated or not). Please bring meat for the BBQ and salad to share and your own drinks, crockery and cutlery. The pool will also be open if you’d like a swim.

Swimming Lessons

Just a reminder that the children have swimming lessons this week and will receive 2 half hour lessons each day. Please ensure they bring their togs everyday and perhaps a second towel as without the sun we don’t have the capacity to dry them between lessons.

There will be no music lessons on this week.

End of School

School will be finishing at 1:30pm on Wednesday 15 December. The buses will run at this time but please let us know if your child be on the bus for this day.
